Mike is often appointed by the Bucks County Court for guardianship matters to represent individuals who are alleged to be incapacitated. Many are in challenging situations because they have not prepared the proper estate planning documents. Through these relationships, Mike learned firsthand the importance of having an estate plan in place. He represents these individuals with compassion and zeal and takes great pride in advocating for them.
